Navel Belly Piercing
What to expect when getting a navel/belly piercing?
I am planning to get my navel/belly pierce next week. I want to know what to expect when getting it done? Also, what do you need to bring and are you able to choose the color of the curve barbell?

you don’t need to bring anything except yourself. make sure your prepared. first what they do is put a clamp on your belly button. and when he/she is ready to pierce, they’ll ask you to take a deep breath in, and let it out. while your breathing out is when they pierce it. the pain’s tolerable. not too bad. afterwards, its sore. it’ll be that way for about 3 days. when you bend over, bump it, or stretch is when it hurts the most. make sure you really want this, and your ready to take care of it. clean it everyday. one sea salt soak, and clean it with anti-bacterial soap. i reccomend dial. and don’t touch it unless your cleaning it. it’ll get infected. avoid wearing tight clothing too! trust me, it irritates it. i’d know. haha. whether you get to choose the color or not depends on what place you go to. i didn’t get a choice. i just got a stainless steel gray barbell. and changed it after 6 weeks. hope this helps, good luck!
