In some cultures women must have tats or cuts. Others must have a long neck, and the men love it. So depending on where you live it may not be an option. But in other cultures tats and piercings on women are frowned upon. If you’re looking for men who like women with tats and piercings go to a local shop and look around at the guys you would have to choose from if you are looking for a man who doesn’t mind either. Personally small tats and few piercings wouldn’t bother me.
